Donald Dell is the Group President of Lagardère Unlimited Americas. Over the course of his career, Dell has negotiated nearly $1 billion in sponsorships and endorsements, including the 2001 FedEx naming rights deal with the Washington Redskins (“FedEx Field”) for over $205 million, the largest such deal in NFL history. He currently oversees and distributes many of Lagardère Unlimited’s television properties including the French Open, the U.S. Open, the Citi Open, and the Boston Marathon. In 1989 Dell published Minding Other People’s Business, a book chronicling many of his experiences and anecdotes representing clients. His second book, Never Make The First Offer (2009), was based on his negotiations and experiences in sports business activities.
Dell currently serves as Vice Chairman of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and as an adjunct professor in sports law at the University of Virginia School of Law. He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 2009, and into SportsBusiness Journal’s Class of Champions in 2013.

Jeff Sanders is the Executive Vice President of Events and Sponsorships at Lagardère Unlimited Americas. Sanders was an All-American golfer at the University of Oregon, where he still holds the school’s record for best individual finish at the NCAA Championships (3rd in 1976). After graduating, Sanders competed on the PGA TOUR for five years and then returned home to Portland, Oregon, to channel his passion for golf into the business side of the game. In 1989 he founded Jeff Sanders Promotions, which was recently acquired by Lagardère Unlimited. When Lagardère Unlimited acquired JSP, it retained 15 JSP associates and hired Sanders to run its newly acquired Golf Event Management Division.
JSP’s golf event management history includes USGA National Championships, Champions Tour events, and Web.com Tour events, corporate fundraisers, celebrity tournaments, made-for-television events, and more. JSP’s scorecard includes more than 250 successful golf events and over $80 million raised for retailers to give to charities from their golf events across the United States.
